Waste water treatment is a process that is done on the wastewater and sewage water to remove the contaminants and other impurities. The treatment process includes physical, chemical as well as biological method. The main motto of treating water is to produce eco safe water that can be further used for varied purposes including drinking. In this process, no chemical is used in the treatment. Hence, the treated water is safe from any kind of effects. Third type of disinfection method is Ozone (O3). This is quite unbalanced method that is also known for hasty. This process is based on its contact philosophy. Whenever ozone comes in contact with water, it oxidizes every organic material and destroys numerous pathogenic microbes. It is considered as a safe method than Chlorination as it can be used on site whereas in chlorination there is a need of proper storage to avoid the risk of any accidental release. In addition to remove contaminants, waste water treatment also removes odor from the water.
